Sarver and Family is a family owned and operated estate sale company.  Our knowledgeable staff is here to liquidate personal property - whether for estate purposes, a downsize, or a move.  Our interests are with helping families by relieving some of the stress when negotiating difficult life transitions.  Our company is based on the belief that our customer's needs are of the utmost importance.  Our team is committed to meeting those needs.  

SaF Estate Sales is located in Fairhope, Alabama and serves the Mobile and Baldwin County areas, including: Spanish Fort; Daphne; Fairhope; Bay Minette; Summerdale; Foley; Bon Secour; Gulf Shores; Orange Beach; Elberta; Lillian; Mobile, and more.  We provide on-site estate sales (also known as tag sales) at competitive rates.  Our staff have been residents of the Eastern Shore for over 30 years and are familiar with the area market.

• major bank trustees as well as the County Conservator and Administrator for property valuation and liquidation;

Services Performed 

SaF Estate Sales conducts on-site estate, tag and moving sales.  Our staff takes care of every detail of the sale, so you don't have to - including:

• Discarding unsellable items; 
• Staging and organizing home for tag sale; 
• Cleaning and polishing items for sale; 
• Advertising (online, social media, website, email to customer base, sign placement, Estatesales.net, etc.)
• Research, pricing and/or appraisal; 
• Receiving payment in form of credit card, cash, or check; and,
• Emptying and light cleaning of site upon close of sale (upon request). 

All services performed are paid for a flat commission from sale proceeds with no out of pocket cost to client or hidden fees.
